We offer powders made via the Plasma Rotating Electrode Process (PREP®) from almost any metal or alloy, including titanium, cobalt alloys, superalloys, and rare earth metals. Our high-purity powders,  produced via PREP® in a clean room environment, possess several unique features that make them ideally suited for high-performance applications.

  • Consistent particle morphology with marked absence of internal porosity and nonmetallic inclusions
  • Highly spherical particles with no  attached satellites, yielding excellent flow characteristics and consistent packing properties
